    Our customers are our first priority and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange on any unworn & unwashed merchandise. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving an order and returned within 5 days of receiving return approval. 

    CONDITIONS:

    • Customer must email amandaholthus@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving their order to initiate the refund/exchange process.
    • Once your return request has been approved by House of Holthus, you will receive an email confirmation with a return authorization number. We kindly ask that your return be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of receiving the return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. 
    • All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags.
    • The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  For international orders, we are not responsible for duty reimbursements. 
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
    • Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. 
    • Exchanges can be for the same item or not. If there is a price difference, either the customer or House of Holthus will owe the difference. 
    • We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
    • When shipping a return, we reccomend receiving and emailing us the tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost returns. 
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Email us at amandaholthus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. For exchanges, please let us know which item you would like to exchange for. 
    2.  Once approved, we will issue you a return# and return address.
    3.  Please make sure to ship your return within 5 days of receiving your RA#. Any returns postmarked after 5 days of receiving an RA# will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer. 

    4.  We will email you once your return has been processed.  Depending on your bank, please allow 5-10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
