Sheer mesh cream ruffled dress from the Victorian Era. Tiered ruffles from waist down, reinforced nipped waist, and hook and eye closure. Was originally worn as an undergarment but can be styled in so many different ways. Hook and eye closures can be worn in front (as seen on model) or in back. Belt not included.
